Before that, the five questions that come up most. They are the same answers as the Help screen inside the app.
A round is missing
Nerdie finds a course from the location stored in your photos. If a round produced no geotagged pictures, there is nothing to find it with. Add the course by hand with the add button, it counts exactly the same.
None of my photos have a location
Open iOS Settings, then Privacy & Security, Location Services, Camera, and choose While Using the App. Every photo from then on knows where it was taken. Pictures already taken without a location cannot be placed after the fact.
Nerdie only sees some of my photos
Allow full access in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Photos, Nerdie. Then run "Look for new rounds" again from your profile.
A course I never played appeared
Hold it in your collection to remove it, or open its page and use the link at the bottom. If it keeps coming back because you live or work beside a course, turn off "Pre-tick uncertain courses" in Preferences.
One of the rounds is wrong, but the course is right
Open the course and hold the date of that round, or tap the three dots beside it. Only that round goes, the others stay. If it was the only round on that course, the course leaves your collection too, and the app says so before you confirm.
The photos of a round are wrong
A round shows the pictures taken that day on the course itself, within about 1.5 km of the club, so the restaurant afterwards stays out. You can always add more by hand from the round page.
Subscription, billing, refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel yours in your Apple ID settings, or from Profile then Manage subscription in the app. Refunds are requested from Apple, and we have no way to issue one.
Deleting your account and your data
In the app: Profile, then Backup, then Delete account. Your account and its backup are erased for good, and the collection on your phone is untouched. Deleting the app itself removes everything it stored on the device.
